2. check your email

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email invitation from FitLog to join our coaching app. Please register for an account using the same email address that you used to sign up for coaching.

3. take before photos

Please take some current “before” photos, front, side and back. (3 photos) *Please ensure the photos are taken under well lit conditions. 

You will be prompted to upload these with your initial intake form.

Males: Please wear shorts
Females: Please wear shorts and a sports bra or bikini. Bikini mandatory for all prep programs.

IMPORTANT! Take your photos straight on at hip height. No selfies! Please take your photos with a self-timer. We are very picky about this!

PLEASE NOTE:

Nobody likes taking or sending these current photos. Unfortunately, they are a key part of your success in the program because they allow us to measure your progress each week and allows for your coach to update your program accordingly.

4. complete and submit intake form

Once you register for FitLog, you will be prompted to complete an intake form and upload your before photos. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your form to allow us to customize your program accordingly.

5. add us to instagram.

Connect with us on IG @lb.project so we can add you to our group chat and support your journey.

6. Receive your program

Once the above steps are complete, you will receive your customized program within 72 business hours. Please review all details of your program including:

Diet, Training, Supplements, Notes

IMPORTANT: Please review the notes section before asking any questions regarding your program. This section will detail your program guidelines and FAQs. We put a lot of time into compiling these guidelines for you, so please be respectful and review everything before emailing your coach with any questions that may already be outlined in this section.
